Congratulations Hibiki Osumi

I just received this via offline group notice:

Congratulations to Hibiki on coming in first place, achieving the Ancient title in the Tokugawa Kumite tournament. Not only did he show a great attitude towards those he fought and kept his cool when accused of spacebarring, he brought Tendai great honor and an epic win on our reputation.

I would also like to congratulate him for reaching Riki’s 3rd level fighter rank. You deserve it, man. ^_^
