Stop. Just…. Stop.

I don’t know why, after over a year of only seeing these messages once in a great while, it’s becoming much more common to wake up to a bunch of emails like this :

I understand a bit of occasional curiosity, but lately it’s become about ten times more prevalent.  WTF.

You’d think that people who were just idly curious would stop after the first attempt, when the scripts tell the user that they won’t work in another object.  Continuing after that point just strikes me as being intentionally dishonest in motivation.

    I want to make it clear that although I used Mantaly’s name in the post above, it’s only because that was the example I’d had that particular day, and not because I am trying to make any point about Mantaly Mathy in particular.

    The big point I was trying to make is that I used to get very few such messages, and now I get about ten times more. I don’t know why, but it seems to have become quite common lately.

    Hello Mr RobbyRacoon Olmstead.

    I am Mathy and I am using the CSI and your Taketori for fun.

    Someone told me that my name was mentioned on your site, stating that I used the scripts your swords into making another. I’m sorry for what has been happening, because my intention was not to produce, but, yes, I must admit, used the gestures of your sword to animate an object. In fact, I made gestures to serve me, and I do not know that it would have such an impact.
    That is why Mr RobbyRacoon Olmstead, I ask myself against clemency, because I had no intention to defraud the scripts combat your swords.
    I hope that you believe in my version of the facts, and once again ask forgiveness for the disrespect that I could bring to one of your creation.
