In keeping with trying to catch up on all of the C:SI stuff I’ve been neglecting recently, I completely rewrote the Weekly Stats page so that it’s less demanding on our servers while allowing a great deal of flexibility on how it can evolve over time.
As you can see from the snapshot, there’s not much being displayed at the moment. Right now the data consists only of the top 10 regions (by number of duels) and the top 25 warriors for the current week.
While I do have further plans for the stats, I’m going to have to put them aside for the time being. I’m still recovering from being sick, and it was really more effort than I expected to get this done while trying to catch up on everything else.

Turns out that GoDaddy is teh suxxors!
It appears that at some point in the last day or two, GoDaddy started systemically blocking all outbound connections from the CombatSI website, which breaks both the Twitter feed and the weekly statistics.
I’m too pissed off right now.

I’ve put in two separate support tickets on the issue, and have gotten no response from either. Normally I get good tech support from GoDaddy, but I’m getting ignored this time. WTF.
Well, I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with GoDaddy support today, and I have the problem sort of half-fixed. Still no idea why the Weekly Stats page isn’t working, but the Recent Duels page is working again.
