That’s the only response you get when you call Linden Lab. I’ve already filed my support ticket, I’ve already verified that it’s "in the proper support queue" (according to the guy on the phone with me), and I’ve already complied with everything Linden Lab has asked of me.
File a Support Ticket, my ass.
Apparently, this is a code phrase for "go away, you are interrupting my raid" or something, because there is no indication whatsoever that anyone at Linden Lab has any intention of ever responding to my ticket.

hi Robby,
funny photo
Here’s an interesting bit of news for content developers:

I’ve been thinking about whether I should join that lawsuit, actually. I’m waiting to see what, if any, resolution I get in my situation before deciding.
At the very least, Linden Lab needs to be made aware that something has to change, they need to step up and do more than half-heartedly go through the motions of protecting content developers.
Not banning them when they report content theft would be a very good first step…
I am really shocked it is taking this long. You are a relatively visible SL resident and you are nice to everyone almost to a fault. You are a CSI developer and it seems like a lot of Linden’s are fans of CSI (Tori, Spike, etc… they are even going to feature Meiji in some sort of “things to do on SL” project). They must either be really understaffed and so are compelled to treat long time contributers to SL like crap due to lack of time or resources, or they are incompetent jerks.
I really hope you stick around SL. The stuff you are doing on the website is really fun and you have always been so accesible and maybe the most in tune of all the devs with whats going on in the community.
I am sure this got bumped to the bottom of your list of conerns for the moment, but are you able to use Takuan to meet with Rain and I? Also, I had an idea today. I’m at work right now and have not had a chance to talk to Rain, but was thinking of doing that demonstration I told you about as a video on youtube with some kind of commentary. Some long time CSIers are even having trouble getting what I am saying with verbal descriptions, and this way I could also send you the link to the video so you can see the bigger speed problem on Wave, the kick issue and smaller speed problem on Take, and see how Kodachi seems fine. If this idea bugs you let me know and I won’t do it. The intent is myth busting and education more than knocking your swords, which btw I WANT to use to support my fav developer.
Would have IMed you instead of using your blog but seems like this is the best way to communicate with you for now. Thanks LL.
Yes, I am able to log in as Takuan, I just haven’t been because of my current high level of disgust with the owners/operators of Second Life.
I’ll do my best to make some time for that tonight after work.
